Well, not really. Plenty of games, most of them being conference plays. But USC is off. So a much-needed break. Hopefully they are working hard to play against Cal next weekend.

Need to watch out for Georgia. Also, if Oklahoma has a blowout this week, it may creep up even more on USC for the #1 ranking.

But in general, as Pete Carroll says, it is the Pac-10 Championship that matters. If we can get to the Rose Bowl, that is great. If we can move up to the National Championship, it is of course much better.

But at least this weekend is tension-free :-)
