Here are my picks in the first round:

Eastern Conference (who cares, frankly) -

Detroit over Milwaukee
Miami over Chicago
Nets over Indiana (probably the most interesting matchup)
Cleveland over Washington

Western Conference

San Antonio over Sacramento
Phoenix over Lakers (sad, but true)
Clippers over Nuggets
Dallas over Memphis (though I would LOVE to see Dallas lose)
